Just Captured Studios offers on-location sessions for any type of event, both outside and indoors. As we specialize in the use of natural light, outdoor sessions must be scheduled 1-2 hours before sunset, at minimum. As we do not currently own studio space, all sessions take place in locations decided upon between the client(s) and the artist. JCS will travel within the greater Syracuse/Utica area. Greater mileage will require further inquiry. 

Clients are welcome to bring changes of clothing per session, including those worn to  the location. Keep in mind that the changing of clothing takes time, which could alter pricing. Specific outfit options per session type are outlined here.

Depending on the package size, images will take approximately 2-4 weeks following the order placement to be processed, printed, and ready for pickup. Orders may be shipped to the client for an additional shipping fee.

Digital copies are automatically provided to clients alongside their purchased/printed orders. Any "favorited" image(s) selected at the viewing appointment (but NOT purchased as physical prints)  are available in digital format for a fee. All files are shared in JPEG format via Dropbox.

JCS provides complimentary digital files for school yearbooks and will send the file(s) directly to the student's school.

Just Captured Studios offers client consultations prior to any scheduled sessions, during which the needs of the client will be discussed and any questions can be raised/answered. We discuss locations, scheduling times, outfits, and the general outline of what a session looks like. Specific pricing will be detailed at this time.

Depending on the type of photos requested, images will be viewed in raw form either during the session (via laptop) or during a viewing appointment, to be scheduled upon completion of the session. At this time, clients will be able to view all images and select their favorites. Any "favorited" images will, then, be retouched/edited, as needed. The viewing appointment can take place approximately 5-7 days after the initial photo meeting, in person or via a virtual platform. 

Upon completion of the editing process, clients may order and purchase their own copies via phone, email, or in person (during a scheduled ordering appointment). Payment is due at the time of order placement.

Selected images may be featured on the JCS website or social media outlets for promotional purposes. At the start of your session, the artist will request that you sign a release form, granting permission for the use of your images.

All images remain the property of Just Captured Studios, and reproduction of such infringes on copyright laws. JCS archives images indefinitely.
